Frank Borgia is an Acquisition Partner originally from Jacksonville, Florida. A native Floridian he has been able see the market change all over the state. Frank studied at the Florida State University, obtaining a degree in Real Estate Finance. In 2007, after college he moved to Tampa to work for Realnet Tampa Bay in the investor wholesale market.
Working his way from sales to acquisitions quickly. He has gained incredible amounts of knowledge to know what savvy investors are looking for and how to make the most of his client’s properties. One of Frank’s favorite parts of working at Realnet is making investors out of anyone....including himself. Frank saw the potential of the real estate market and has started building his own property portfolio.
